Who we are

PolicyAudit.org is operated by Trusted Enrollment, LLC, a licensed insurance agency, 18155 SW 98th Avenue Rd, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Trusted Enrollment, LLC.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number and email address.
• ZIP code and date of birth.
• Your coverage answers, such as the type and amount of coverage you want, your budget range, and whether you use tobacco.
• Health coverage answers, such as plan type, household income range, whether you have Medicare Part A or B, and details about coverage you have now.
• When you submit the form: your IP address, browser, the page you submitted from, the time, and the exact consent text you agreed to, as a record of your consent.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request: to contact you about the coverage you asked about, to compare options, to help you apply if you choose to, and to keep the records insurance and telemarketing laws require.

When we sell or share it

We do not sell or share your request with other companies. Medicare requests are never shared with partners.

We may also share information:

• with service providers that work for us, such as hosting, our customer database and email, who may use it only to provide those services;
• with an insurance carrier, when you choose to apply for a policy;
• when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

We never send your health, Medicare or consent information to advertising or analytics services.

Health information

Your health coverage answers are used only to find coverage for you.

Your choices: opt out, do not sell or share

You can stop calls and texts at any time by replying STOP to any text, emailing optout@policyaudit.org, calling 1 (866) 650-5928, or using our Do Not Contact form. To ask us not to sell or share your information, use the do not sell or share form or contact us the same ways. We honor these requests however you send them, and we pass them to every partner that received your request.

Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email privacy@policyaudit.org to make a request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Financial privacy notice

As an insurance agency, we follow federal and state financial privacy laws for nonpublic personal information. We do not share it with nonaffiliated companies except service providers or as the law allows. You can opt out of any sharing at any time using the choices above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to your request, to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements (including records of your consent and opt-outs), and to resolve disputes.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect and who can see it.

Children

Our site is not meant for anyone under 18, and our form does not accept requests from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. A material change applies only to information collected after the change, unless you agree otherwise.
